Suggestion for Daily Use

Follow the ‘Daily Prayer’ at the side+++Suivez le ‘Prière Quotidienne’. Read the bible passages and then the meditation. Pray, tell God how you felt about the reading and share the concerns of your life with him. Maybe you will continue the habit after Lent. Lisez les passages bible et après la méditation. Priez, dites à Dieu que vous avez ressenti à propos de la lecture et de partager les préoccupations de votre vie avec lui. Peut-être que vous allez continuer l'habitude après le Carême. Isaiah foretells redemption for the people of Israel
Some of our most beloved movies are tales of redemption: stories of salvation through sacrifice which move us to tears. They tell us to hold on to hope, to fight to survive, to believe in goodness, and remind us that anyone can change. They show us that life is a series of choices, and that, for every act of injustice, there is justice just around the corner. Some of my favourites are The Shawshank Redemption, It’s a Wonderful Life, les Misérables and the movie we showed during last year’s Men’s Retreat, Gran Torino. As we are redeemed through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, we dedicate ourselves and our lives as a sacrifice to those around us and to the kingdom of God.
Comme nous sommes rachetés par le sacrifice de Jésus-Christ, nous nous consacrons nos vies comme un sacrifice à ceux qui nous entourent et le royaume de Dieu.
