Day 12 Of Advent +++ Faith Works

Faith Works

Faith is the foundation of Christian Life. Without faithfulness to God there can be no Christian life. Christianity is based first on faith that God is, and then that through Christ Jesus we can be forgiven and are saved, and then we are sanctified by the Holy Spirit. Our faithfulness is a commitment to adhere to our Almighty God.

A Christian is the one who begins and ends his life by faith. The word of God helps us to grow in Faith therefore seeking God’s word every day is helpful to uphold our Faith in Him. We believe in the past and also for the things to come through the word of God. Have you ever thought of what faith is in our present life? Yes, faith is the belief that God is in ultimate control in our life.

Faith is the one which enables us to move towards the kingdom of God and helps us to overcome earthly barriers. Not all Christians exercise the same degree of faith, but God doesn’t measure the Faith, he just see’s whether it is complete or not. As the verse says, “for truly I say to you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain”.  Therefore do not fear worldly things that push you down, keep moving the mountains with help of our Almighty God.

Our faith in God grows greater as we recognize the greatness of our God – Anon
